Acupuncture

  • Acupuncture is the process of inserting thin needles onto specific points in the body to promote circulation and provide a variety of wellness benefits for a variety of different conditions, or simply just as a relaxation practice.

Acupuncturists combine clinical acupuncture with other methods including cupping, gui sha (myofascial release), and Acupressure/tuina massage (sport/deep tissue massage) for profound restorative benefits. The improved energy and biochemical balance produced by acupuncture results in stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities, and in promoting physical and emotional well-being.

An initial appointment includes a free consultation with your acupuncturist so that we can provide the best service to you.

Acupunctures session may incorporate elements of cupping and massage along with the acupuncture.

We also offer electro stimulation at our clinic, if you would like this treatment, please mention it when booking.

Your practitioner will discuss the various treatments to be used with you during your session, so you will be able to communicate to them what you are comfortable with and interested in receiving.

For sessions that incorporate both acupuncture and massage, please call or email the clinic to book a combo treatment.

  • Our facial acupuncture sessions are targeted sessions to work on issues specifically surrounding the face. In addition to the acupuncture, you also will receive a face-lifting massage, and given a face mask and revitalizing vitamin serums for the face during the session.
